Neil was jointly responsible for Eurohypo’s Real Estate Investment Banking business in Europe from 2002 -2007 having previously established the business within Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1997. Before then he worked he worked in Morgan Grenfell’s structured finance, distress advisory and the tax and off balance sheet unit where he was involved in a wide range of real estate transactions, including over €1bn of public house sale & leasebacks for Diageo and Scottish & Newcastle, over €1.5bn of superstore sale & leasebacks for Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda, as real estate adviser to Sir Terence Conran and in relation to the reconstruction of Trencherwood plc.

He graduated with a degree in management studies from the University of Aston in 1982 and worked for Riggs Bank and James Capel before joining Morgan Grenfell (later acquired by Deutsche Bank) in 1988.

Paul was jointly responsible for Eurohypo’s Real Estate Investment Banking business in Europe from 2002 -2007 having previously established the business within Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1997. Previously he was a Director of Rosehaugh PLC (from 1988) and then (from 1992) Finance Director of Broadgate Properties PLC. He was at County NatWest until 1988 where he was director responsible for the Project Advisory and Real Estate unit and was involved in a variety of projects including the flotation of BAA plc.

He graduated with a degree in Politics (1st class honours) from the University of Leicester and is a barrister and an accountant. He joined the civil service fast track entry and was a Private Secretary in the Civil Service Department (now HM Treasury).

Nick is responsible for the operation of financial controls and systems.

Prior to joining Palatium he was, from 2003 to 2007, Group Chief Accountant at Accord plc, a support services group. Previously Nick was a Senior Manager at KPMG for whom he had worked since 1987.

Bernd is a former member of the supervisory board of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG and was formerly a member of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerzbank AG, where he was responsible for real estate business.

He was also the Chairman of Eurohypo, Commerzbank’s real estate and public sector banking subsidiary.
